AHRQhas begun its transition to electronic receipt of grant applications. In conjunction with the change from paper to electronic filing, the current PHS 398 application will be replaced by the Standard Form (SF) 424 Research and Related (R&R) application.

Important: Download a fresh copy of the application package and instructions from Grants.gov each time you plan on submitting an application by using the "Apply for Grant Electronically" button in the Funding Opportunity Announcement. Following this advice will ensure you have the latest forms and correct application package.
